Creating your Vallo Account

Signing up takes about 5 minutes. You'll talk to Vallo about your business, review what it captured, and create your login at the end.

Step 1 — Tell Vallo about your business

Go to govallo.ai/get-started and start the conversation. You can either:

• Talk it through — Vallo asks a few questions and you answer naturally
• Paste your website — Vallo scrapes it for your business name, hours, services, and phone number

You can mix and match. Vallo will ask follow-ups for anything missing.

Step 2 — Review what Vallo captured

You'll see a summary screen with:

• Business name, type, and address
• Hours of operation
• Services you offer
• Greeting your agent will use
• Intake questions Vallo will ask callers (these are templated for your industry — you can edit them)

Edit anything that's wrong. Take a minute on this — these settings shape every call.

Step 3 — Create your login

Enter your email and password, or sign in with Google. Once you submit:

• Your account is created
• A Vallo phone number is automatically assigned to you
• Your free 7-day trial starts
• You're sent to the test-call page

You're not live yet — calls won't reach Vallo until you set up forwarding (covered in the Phone Forwarding section).
